no, confluence, there is absolutely no reason to expect anyone would ever want to easily set a table to use alternating row colors without having to manually assign and re-assign the cell background colors any time rows are added or removed. good job at not adding that functionality that no one would ever use. not even one. you are inspiring in your dedication to building tools that make developers want to build other tools to get the bad taste out of their mouths.


@djsundog Confluence is trash tier.

But fwiw, there's a free Markdown plugin that makes it marginally less bad to work with. (No color formatting, but at least you can make your tables in vim)
