I've noticed that I've felt sort of bold about stuff at work, particularly tackling nasty (and potentially risky) clean-up work.
I think I don't take computers too seriously because they seem like they're so low-stakes, relatively. I've had too much shit almost kill me and/or my loved ones to be bothered by something that can be reverted by source control.
