I'm starting to get emails from credit card issuers imploring me to contact them if current events are negatively impacting my ability to repay
this is a reminder: if you have outstanding debts and need a break from them for a bit while things are topsy-turvy, this is an opportunity - call and see if you can get payments deferred (without penalty) for a couple months. you might be able to give yourself some breathing room.
this goes for all the grubhub, postmates, uber eats, doordash, and other local delivery service workers too - you're fulfilling a valuable service to your communities and I see you - be safe out there

I manage a bar in the US. I spent the early morning hours crying myself to sleep and woke up a few hours later to text my staff saying that we'd be shuttering the bar indefinitely. Our jobs are gone, but I also don't want to put anyone in danger. People are still going out in public. I know this isn't infosec related but it is security related. How's everyone elses week going?
